I’m currently getting my education in running a small business at The Intown Retreat. Previously, I led teams at CreativeMornings HQ and at Twitter, and led an inspiring all-volunteer team at CreativeMornings Nashville. (You should go to their next event!)
I’m practicing leadership and building community as a board member of the Decatur Business Association, and connecting with the next generation through mentorship.
I'm originally from Tennessee, and I'm pretty sure this is a picture of Tennessee. It’s a deeply diverse place, in every way, though this is hidden behind reductive perceptions of what “the south” or “red states” or [insert here] is and can be. Tennessee is full of history and brimming with possibility, just like each one of us.
